1-1/4″ x 16′ Closed and Closed Swage Socket Wire Rope Sling

This 1-1/4″ by 16′ wire rope is fitted with a closed swage socket at each end. The closed swage socket is a terminal fitting with a hole in it, which allows for a pin or bolt to go through for different rigging and lifting applications. With this Type 115 Swage Socket sling, you have a 15.98 ton working load limit. Swage sockets are more resistant to fatigue where the cable and socket come together than other types of sockets. However, spelter sockets can have more efficiency of the rope breaking strength than swage sockets. You may prefer a poured socket or spelter socket for your lifting or rigging applications.
