When it comes to tying down heavy-duty loads on a flatbed or other trailer, tie down chain is the most popular option. This grade 80 grab hook is made in the United States by Columbus McKinnon (CM) and can be combined with CM’s domestic 1/2″ G70 chain to create a secure tie down that can get your cargo where it needs to go safely.

Made from quenched and tempered alloy steel steel, this hook has a non-cradle design that allows it to fit through a flatbed trailer rub rail for quick yet secure connections. The shallow throat opening lets you easily connect to chain.
The orange powder coat finish offers corrosion-resistance, ensuring a long service life. The cotter pin provides reliable attachments to chain and other accessories, as well as fast replacement if the hook becomes damaged.
