Screw Pin Wide D Shackles feature a wider body for a maximum mounting area. This shackle does NOT have a captive pin like the captive pin d shackle but features a wider opening and longer pin. The wide d shackle is ideal for mooring buoy applications. Made of high quality type 316 stainless steel, these shackles are made to last. Type 316 stainless steels contain molybdenum which increases the shackles strength and corrosive resistance compared to type 304.

Stainless steel shackles are not always rated for overhead lifting. If you need stainless shackles that are approved for overhead lifting, please contact our sales team.
