The updated profile also has up to 38% higher moment of resistance when compared to traditional round link chain. This means the chain can withstand bending forces better, an excellent feature for heavy duty applications. Offers a design factor of 6:1, compared to a 4:1 factor in lower grades of chain.
Finished in a blue powder coat for easy identification and corrosion protection. Embossed with 120 or 12 markings to indicate a Grade 120 alloy. There are no national G120 standards, but this chain does meet the manufacturer’s stringent PW standards, along with the NACM & ASTM A973 / 973M standards for grade 100 lifting chain.
