Crosby Speedbinders are built to save you time securing and releasing loads. Designed to work with a portable power drill, a Speedbinder ties down and releases up to 3x faster than a standard binder! It also helps to reduce injuries from repetitive ratcheting motions or pinching and results in a tighter hold on your cargo.

Torque Drive Load Binder Features:

• Compatible with Most Brand-Name Drills:Almost any 18-volt or 20-volt drill will work. Impact driver use is not recommended.
• 24:1 Gear Ratio / Mechanical Advantage:Offers higher tension compared to a standard ratchet binder.
• Optional Tool Release: Can be released with a 14mm wrench, pliers, vice grips, or a socket and ratchet if your drill’s battery dies.
• Fits in Tight Spots: Since you don’t have to make room to ratchet the handle, you can fit this Speedbinder inside tighter spots (like inside a steel coil!).
• Sealed Gearbox:Helps to keep the threads lubricated, meaning your binder will last up to 4x longer!
• Theft-Resistant:Since a drill or other tool is required for released, this binder is more tamper-resistant.
• Ergonomic Design:Along with reducing the chance of injuries, is also easier for older or injured workers to use.

Note: This item cannot be used like a ratchet binder.

Load Binder Construction

This load binder is designed for ease of use – it’s made from heat-treated, forged components that can handle the demands of the road. The threaded posts are zinc-coated for corrosion-resistance, and the precision-aligned worm gear assembly is encased in grease, making it resistant to outside debris and inclement weather.

The handle is a reaction bar, meaning it prevents the binder from spinning as you tighten it. It works best when positioned against a surface, like the floor of the trailer.

Compatible Transport Chain

Commonly used for applications such as equipment transport, heavy hauling, and steel coil transport, this chain binder is compatible with grades 70 – 80:

• 1/2″ G70 chain
• 1/2″ G80 chain
