Convenient 4-pack features one of our most popular 1″ ratchet straps. This 1″ x 15 ratchet strap is a wire hook ratchet strap. The gray strap is equipped with double wire J-hooks, which are excellent for a variety of tie down applications. The wire hook tie downs have a vinyl coating on the hooks to help protect surfaces from scratches and marring. The ratchet has a rubberized handle and a quick-release lever in the middle for quick and easy ratcheting and release. Polyester webbing is resistant to abrasions and absorbs very little water so it wont stretch, rot, or mildew, even in outdoor conditions.

Ratchet Use Guidelines
According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): “When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation.”
